Roaming Rates to Artsakh Will Significantly Decrease from July: Minister
Roaming service rates provided by mobile operators between Armenia and Artsakh will significantly decrease starting from July 1, 2020. This was announced by the Minister of High-Tech Industry Hakob Arshakyan during his annual summary press conference.
“One of this year’s achievements is the regulation of communication with Artsakh and the reduction of roaming rates. We have effectively worked with the Public Services Regulatory Commission, our partners in Artsakh, and the operators, resulting in a decrease of rates for both incoming and outgoing calls by 11-44 percent. The reduction in the rates for both incoming and outgoing calls is expected to take place from July 1,” the minister stated.
