Prime Minister Grants Tigran Avinyan Leave and Retracts It on the Same Day
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed two decrees today, one of which granted Tigran Avinyan leave, while the other retracted that leave on the same day.
According to the decree referenced to Article 166 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Armenia, it states, “Due to work necessity, Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan is being recalled from his annual leave effective December 20, 2019.”
The other decree dated December 18, signed by the Prime Minister, notes, “In accordance with Article 18, parts 1 and 4 of the Law on the Structure and Activities of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan is granted part of his annual leave for the 2018-2019 working year, effective December 23, 2019.”
