Fire in Iron Shed Housing Solar Panel Components

On December 18, at 01:23, the "911" service received a report of smoke visible in an abandoned building near the village of Kasakh in the Kotayk region. According to the Emergency Situations National Service, three fire-fighting teams from the Yerevan Rescue Department were dispatched to the scene.

It was determined that the fire had broken out in an iron shed located at 14 Ashtarak Highway, on the premises of "JK Electric" LLC, where components of solar panels were stored. The fire was contained by 02:57 and extinguished by 03:13.

Inside the shed (approximately 18 square meters), all solar panel components were completely burned, and the siding of the adjacent shed (approximately 0.5 square meters) was partially damaged.
