We Have Not Had Any Discussions With 'Bright Armenia' - Members of the Council

Following a press conference held by the leader of the 'Bright Armenia' faction, Edmon Marukyan, members of the 'Light' faction of the Yerevan Council, Ani Khachatryan and Tehimina Vardanyan, held their own press conference.

"We have not had any discussions with 'Bright Armenia', nor do we find it appropriate to discuss. We are the 'Light' faction and can hold discussions within our faction," they stated.

They believe that if any political issues arise, the two forces will meet with their council members and will make observations. "If Edmon Marukyan sees an issue concerning Davit Khajakyans, that is their internal party issue. If they see a problem concerning us, they are free in their decision-making. We will continue our activities as we have. Nothing has changed in our political agenda; our agenda has stemmed from the interests of Yerevan and will continue to align with the interests of Yerevan," said Khachatryan.
