Hovik Aghazaryan's Son Involved in Hit-and-Run Incident with Young Girl

Hovik Aghazaryan, a member of the 'My Step' faction in the National Assembly, has confirmed that his son Ivan Aghazaryan was involved in a hit-and-run incident that injured a young girl. The incident reportedly took place last month, on November 5, according to Irakanum.am.

According to the site, the injured girl works at the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia and is still undergoing treatment following the incident.

In an interview with Irakanum.am, Hovik Aghazaryan confirmed this information. He initially requested some time to verify the details with his son before stating that Ivan had been regularly visiting the girl. "My son is married and lives separately; I wasn’t aware of this until now. He told me that he has been going for regular check-ups and has covered the medical expenses, as she had some abrasions," Hovik Aghazaryan said, adding that the case is currently in the legal sphere. He also mentioned that if his son is found guilty, he will take responsibility.
