Did Aliyev Teach Zohrab Mnatsakanyan? - "Iravunk"
According to the "Iravunk" newspaper, it is possible that the current president of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, taught the current Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO). Ilham Aliyev worked as a lecturer at MGIMO from 1985 to 1991, and Zohrab Mnatsakanyan studied there during those years.
If indeed Ilham Aliyev taught Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, the Armenian Foreign Minister has a great opportunity to prove that he was a good student, aligning with the old saying that the student always surpasses the teacher. Or perhaps Ilham Aliyev was a poor lecturer.
