The former head of the NSS, Arthur Vanetsyan, has posted a photograph with the leader of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, on his Instagram account. In the accompanying caption, Vanetsyan expressed gratitude for the well-wishes and mentioned that he holds Kadyrov's human friendship in high regard.
