Why Masis Mayilyan Regrets
‘Zhamanak’ newspaper writes:
“The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh, Masis Mayilyan, is unlikely to run as a presidential candidate, despite previously expressing such an intention. The reason being that Mayilyan had preliminary agreements with other political forces and figures that they would support his candidacy, and a sociopolitical mobilization would be formed in his favor. However, events have shown that such a mobilization did not take place, and Mayilyan does not wish to be a candidate from a single party.”
