I Want Opposition: Arsen Torosyan

It turns out that one of the opposition factions is also against comprehensive health insurance. This was stated by Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan.

“Moreover, it appears that either they have succumbed to the manipulations I mentioned yesterday, or they are the ones doing the manipulating. They do not see anything more important in the entire system than the introduction of tax types. I am glad that you are against it, as it clearly sends a message to your voters that you do not want to have an established healthcare system in Armenia, where utilizing its services will not be a disastrous burden on its citizens.”
