Vitaly Balasanyan to Participate in the 2020 Presidential Elections of Artsakh

Thank you for the trust, and I hereby give my consent to run and participate in the 2020 presidential elections of Artsakh. This was announced today by the hero of Artsakh, General Vitaly Balasanyan, at the extraordinary congress of the Artsakh ‘Justice’ party.

“I am entering this political struggle for the solidarity and unity of our people, for the dignity of the Artsakh citizen,” emphasized Balasanyan. He noted that for a warring country, it is a significant luxury and a precondition for defeat to misjudge the current geopolitical situation. “To enhance our country’s security, it is an imperative to restore the people’s shattered solidarity in a shorter timeframe, eliminate poverty, address the deficit of social justice, and make the management of the economy more effective. Artsakh must live a dignified life, and our youth must receive a national education and upbringing,” he stressed.
