City Hall Ready for Arbitration Court Against Sanitek: Marutyan

During today's session of the Yerevan City Council, a question was raised regarding the grounds for terminating the contract with the capital's former waste management operator, Sanitek.

Mayor Hayk Marutyan stated that these grounds are substantiated by relevant documents. A question was also raised about the risks of resolving the issue through judicial means. According to the Mayor, they are fully prepared to defend the city hall's interests in arbitration court.
