Turkish Special Services Abduct 31 People
Since 2016, Turkish special services have abducted at least 31 people from other countries. All of them have been subjected to criminal liability in Turkey. This was reported by Die Welt newspaper, citing a report from five human rights organizations.
The abducted individuals are suspected of having ties to Fetullah Gülen, the founder of modern Islamic ideology in Turkey. The Swiss Foundation for Education, Training, and Integration, which is associated with Gülen, reports on the abductions. Ankara accuses Gülen of organizing the failed coup attempt in Turkey in 2016.
Specifically, the information about the abductions is provided by the Swiss Foundation for Education, Training, and Integration.
