Accident on Alaverdi-Madan Highway: Injuries Reported

On September 15, at 22:15, the 911 service received information that an accident had occurred on the Alaverdi-Madan highway, and a vehicle had fallen into a ravine, requiring the assistance of rescuers.

A firefighting and rescue unit from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene.

It was revealed that a "Mercedes ML" (driver: David A., born in 1997) had veered off the roadway approximately 3 kilometers from the Alaverdi-Madan highway and had rolled about 15 meters into the ravine.

Before the arrival of the rescuers, the driver and passengers, Seyran M. (born in 2002) and Gor S. (born in 1999), were helped out of the vehicle by bystanders and taken to Alaverdi Medical Center. Doctors assessed the victims' health condition as satisfactory.

The rescuers cut off the vehicle's power supply and closed the gas cylinder valve.
