VIDEO: "Trchkan Was Saved, Amulsar Will Be Saved Too" - Levon Galstyan
Environmentalist Levon Galstyan wrote on his Facebook page: "Eight years ago, around this time in 2011, we first saw the wonderful waterfall called Trchkan and learned that it could become the victim of a small hydropower plant. But it was saved because volunteers emerged to stand against the corrupt system and did not allow the already initiated project to reach completion. The program for the construction of the hydropower plant was canceled, and the waterfall was preserved. At that time, many did not believe that it was possible and constantly searched for who the volunteers were working for. Now, in the case of Amulsar, there are still people who do not believe and are looking for dark forces, but they are significantly fewer than in 2011. The strength of the volunteer comes from somewhere else, and this can only be understood by those who are not motivated by money. Trchkan was saved, and Amulsar will be saved too."
