Major Accident in Kotayk Province: Casualties Reported
A major traffic accident occurred yesterday, August 27, in the initial section of the Akunk-Kotayk inter-village road, involving BMW and Volkswagen Vento vehicles.
At approximately 10:30 PM, a collision took place between a BMW driven by 22-year-old Arman M., a resident of Kotayk village, and a Volkswagen Vento driven by 36-year-old Edward V., a resident of Zar village.
According to Shamshyan.com, as a result of the accident, the BMW driver Arman M., his passenger and fellow villager, 22-year-old Isahak M., and the Volkswagen driver Edward V. sustained bodily injuries and were transported to the Abovyan and St. Gregory the Illuminator medical centers.
Investigations are currently underway regarding the incident.
