Air Temperature Expected to Decrease

In the territory of the Republic, on the afternoon of August 27, scattered rain and thunderstorms are expected in various regions on the 28th and 29th, and in a significant part of the regions on the 30th and 31st, as well as on September 1. It is also possible to have hail in some places. This was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

The winds will be north-west at 3-8 m/s, with possible gusts of 15-20 m/s during thunderstorms.

The air temperature will not change significantly on the 27th-29th. It will decrease by 5-6 degrees on the 30th and 31st, and by 7-9 degrees in Lori, Tavush, Syunik, and Artsakh.

In Yerevan, from the evening hours of August 27-29, scattered showers and thunderstorms may occur in various parts of the city, with rain and thunderstorms expected on the 30th-31st and September 1st, along with possible wind intensification of 15-20 m/s during thunderstorms.
