Speed Camera to be Activated in Shirakamut Community
The Traffic Police informs that due to the absence of photographic technical means for monitoring compliance with the established maximum speed limit, a significant number of drivers are provided favorable conditions that encourage exceeding the maximum speed, contributing to the creation of emergency situations. According to Article 22 of the Law on Police of the Republic of Armenia, a photo radar speed camera has been relocated and installed on the segment of the interstate highway M3-Spitak-Gyumri-Turkey border passing through the Shirakamut community.
The photo radar speed camera will be operational starting from September 2, 2019. The Traffic Police urges drivers to adhere to traffic rules.
