63 Houses Built in Artsakh's Ishkhanadzor Village Violating Construction Norms: Artsakh Police
Due to the misappropriations by the responsible individuals of the ‘Kashatagh Charity Fund’, significant damages have been caused to the state. This was reported by the Police of the Republic of Artsakh to NEWS.am.
On August 24 of this year, a letter was received from the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Artsakh to the Kashatagh regional department of the Artsakh Police, stating that during the preliminary investigation of a relevant criminal case, it was revealed that the responsible individuals of the ‘Kashatagh Charity Fund’ had, contrary to the interests of the organization and for their personal benefit, constructed a total of 63 residential houses in the village of Ishkhanadzor in the Kashatagh region from 2017 to 2018 without a license for construction activities. They proceeded without the legally established architectural and engineering project documents, without receiving the necessary construction permits, and in violation of construction norms, without handing over operation acts to citizens, thereby causing significant damage to the legal rights and interests of the state.
The investigation is being conducted by the Investigative Committee of Artsakh.
