VIDEO: A Pack of Dogs Steals a Car License Plate, Says Edmon Marukyan

The leader of the "Bright Armenia" faction in the National Assembly, Edmon Marukyan, has shared a video on his Facebook page showing how a pack of dogs tore off and stole a car's license plate during the night. He has called on the mayor, Hayk Marutyan, to address this issue.

“Dear Yerevan Municipality,
Please kindly address these issues. Today, a friend sent me a video of an organized group of dogs stealing a license plate from a car and running off with it. These same dogs are also attacking our citizens, and probably subsist on the trash that remains uncollected in Yerevan. If you blame Sanitek for the garbage, then who will you blame for the dogs?” Marukyan wrote.
