Arthur Khudinyan Appointed Deputy Director of the Rescue Service

On August 7, Aram Ghazaryan, the Director of the Rescue Service and Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, introduced Arthur Khudinyan as the newly appointed Deputy Director of the Rescue Service, as per the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs, Arpine Sargsyan.
