Hotline Will Operate for Any Complaints Related to Soldiers

The Armenian Armed Forces have established a "Trust Line" service aimed at eliminating factors that negatively affect service in the military, neutralizing obstacles to the realization of the rights of soldiers, and ensuring an operational response to applications, complaints, and suggestions. This initiative is also intended to reinforce the military hierarchy and the command staff’s obligation to manage situations and make decisions based on regulations, further strengthening the connection and mutual trust between the army and society.

The "Trust Line" service operates on working days from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the toll-free numbers 85-01 and 85-03.
