Urikhanyan Has Not Submitted Resignation of Mandate to the National Assembly
The National Assembly has not received a resignation request for the parliamentary mandate from Tigran Urikhanyan, a member of the Prosperous Armenia faction. This was reported to 'Factinfo' by the Public Relations Department of the National Assembly.
It should be noted that on June 14, Urikhanyan made a post on his Facebook page announcing his intention to resign from his mandate. 'The time has come to terminate my official duties. I will discuss the reasons later,' wrote the Prosperous Armenia MP.
'Factinfo' had submitted a written inquiry to the Speaker of the National Assembly asking whether they had received any resignation request from Urikhanyan. 'We inform you that the National Assembly has not received such a request,' was stated in the response from the National Assembly.
