I want to congratulate everyone and the Armenian people on the occasion of the liberation of Shushi,” said Sasun Mikayelyan, a member of the 'My Step' faction, highlighting the significance of the day in the National Assembly.

After this statement, applause erupted in the Assembly hall, and Mikayelyan stood up from his seat to leave the hall.

“Indeed, I congratulate everyone,” added the National Assembly President Ararat Mirzoyan. As Mikayelyan approached the door, he thanked Mirzoyan, who remarked, “We are also grateful to you for reminding us.”
