The Longest Jengyalov Hats in the World to be Baked in Artsakh
The longest jengyalov hats in the world will be baked in Artsakh, with the aim of entering the Guinness World Records. This was announced today by Samvel Mirzakhanyan, the organizer of the annual festival and head of the "Ecotourism in Artsakh" initiative during a conversation with journalists.
“The record-breaking jengyalov hat will measure 2 meters and 90 centimeters in length and will be prepared by experienced chefs. Special dishes have even been made for this purpose,” said Mirzakhanyan.
The organizers expect around 15,000 people to attend the festival. Mirzakhanyan emphasized that special transport will operate from Yerevan to Haterk and in the opposite direction. This year, the festival will be held on May 11 in the village of Haterk, starting at 12:00 PM.
