There Are Closed and Difficult Access Roads in Armenia
The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that as of April 3, at 12:00, there are closed and difficult access roads within the territory of Armenia.
The Sotk-Karmirgyugh highway is closed only for trucks with trailers, while it is difficult to pass for others.
There is black ice in places on the Vanadzor-Dilijan, Aparan-Aragats in Aragatsotn province, and Lanjik-Mastara highways in Shirak province. In the "Meghri Mountain" area of Syunik province, snow is falling in Hrazdan in Kotayk province, in the town of Vardenis in Gegharkunik province, and on the Saravan-Zanger section. There is a blizzard in the "Meghri Mountain" area, and fog in the city of Goris.
Drivers are advised to travel exclusively with winter tires. According to information received from the highway department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia regarding the Lars region, the Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for all types of vehicles.
Construction work is ongoing. On March 28, a rockfall occurred on the Tatev-Aghvani highway in Syunik province, as a result of which a section of 11-12 km is open to traffic only in one direction from 20:30.

Since June 30, 2018, construction works have been carried out on the 139th km of the Yerevan-Meghri highway, as a result of which a section of approximately 200 m is closed to trucks from one direction.
