I remember the previous governments and I can't even find a word to compare... When you recall the obedient, silent, and subservient ministers, you feel embarrassed for them.... During Serzh Sargsyan's era, it was still nothing... Eyewitnesses from Robert Kocharyan's administration recount that even in the most varied discussions—calling them meetings is a sin—mothers were insulted and they wouldn’t raise their voices. Look how free the Health Minister feels to disagree, although I must say I don’t agree with all of his arguments. Slowly but surely, we are on the right path. We are becoming a state, my friends.
