Seiran Saroyan Puts His Land in Monument Area Up for Sale for $3.1 Million
Former National Assembly member and member of the Union of Volunteers of Emergency Situations, Seiran Saroyan, has put his plot of land located in the Arabkir administrative district up for sale for $3.1 million, according to Hetq.am.
The former MP is attempting to sell his land through real estate agents, which is comprised of two separate plots measuring 1909 square meters and 2244 square meters. The advertisement states: "A fenced, flat land site is for sale in the upper part of Cascade, in the Monument area. The land consists of two sections: one is 1909 sq. m, and the other is 2244 sq. m. Separate sales are possible." It has been reported that the price for one square meter of the plot is equivalent to $750. Therefore, the two plots are being sold together for a total price of $3,114,750.
The media outlet previously published an extensive piece titled 'The Neighborhood of the Chosen Ones' in September of last year, highlighting the history of luxurious villas built in what used to be a garden opposite Victory Park. These villas belong to current and former high-ranking officials.
