Strong Winds in Yerevan Cause Tree to Fall on Car
On February 18, at 19:13, the 911 service was notified that a tree had fallen on a car in the yard of building number 138 on Arno Babajanyan Street in Yerevan due to strong winds. Thankfully, there were no injuries and assistance was required.
A firefighting unit from the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene.
It was determined that the tree had fallen onto a Nissan Teana vehicle (driver: S. M., born in 1976), causing damage to the car's roof and back window. Rescuers have removed the tree from the vehicle.
