Pashinyan to Meet Aliyev Again

The newspaper "Hraparak" reports that tomorrow, within the framework of the Munich Security Conference, a meeting will take place between Mnatsakanyan and Mamedyarov. "As far as we know, the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister has also confirmed his participation in the conference. You know, when there is an agreement on a meeting between the foreign ministers of two countries, we inform about it in a coordinated manner," said the press secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

What does "coordinated" mean? "It means announcing about the meeting together on the same day and at the same time." By the way, it is said that after this meeting, official negotiations between Pashinyan and Aliyev will also take place, with the country being named as the USA. Vladimir Karapetyan remarked, "I am not aware of such a meeting."

And why do the Mamedyarov-Mnatsakanyan meetings take so long? Are new principles being developed?
