Home of Notable Businessman's Finance Director Robbed; Theft Estimated at $40,000

On January 14, around 1:10 AM, a call was received by the Mashtots police department from 53-year-old Smbat Shahinyan, a resident of Alikhanyan Brothers Street, reporting that from January 13 at 1:30 PM to January 14 at 1:00 AM, an unknown individual or individuals broke through the grating of the front door of his house, ransacked it, and stole gold and silver jewelry, cash, and household items.

According to SHAMSHYAN.com, the total value of the stolen goods amounts to approximately $40,000, and the apartment belongs to the finance director of the “Vlad Hakobyan Combined Feed Factory” LLC.

The police and the investigative department are undertaking necessary operational and investigative joint actions to uncover the crime.
