Earthquake Strikes Turkey, Population in Panic
An earthquake measuring 4.1 on the Richter scale was recorded early this morning in northwestern Turkey.
The epicenter of the quake was located in the Çınarcık district of Yalova province, but tremors were also felt in neighboring Istanbul and Bursa. It has been reported that aftershocks followed the initial quake, causing panic among the residents.
There are currently no reports of injuries or damage.
