‘The Government is Not You’: Liparit Drmayan Responds Harshly to Pashinyan

Former head of the International Legal Affairs Representative’s Office, Liparit Drmayan, has responded sharply to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s statements made after the government meeting, labeling them as inconsistent with reality.

“Today, I learned that after the government meeting, the Government referred to me as ‘I am the Government.’ Let’s put aside the fact that the presented facts bear no relation to reality, and that the Government will still have to refute these claims. In short, I acted on behalf of one subject, and that subject is the Republic of Armenia. The absurdity is that all of this follows my political activity. Moreover, all of this comes in the wake of the arguments we presented in the Constitutional Court, which directly demonstrated what financial, administrative, and repressive measures were used by the ruling bloc during the elections,” Drmayan wrote on his Facebook page.
