My Letters Have Disappeared: David Babayan's Voice Message from Baku Prison
Former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Artsakh, David Babayan, has sent a message from Baku prison. In his message, he states: "For three years, there have been judicial processes in Baku with violations. My letters of complaint directed to the Court of Appeals have disappeared. They have also seized my last speech in the First Instance Court, aiming to destroy all my critical speeches," Babayan noted, detailing that they intend to appeal to the International Court, calling for help.
