Will Mustafayev Visit His Birthplace in Armenia?
According to SHAMSHYAN.com, Shahin Mustafayev, the head of the Azerbaijani delegation that arrived in Armenia, has expressed a desire to visit his birthplace, the village of Jujevan in the Tavush Province.
NEWS.am contacted Hambardzum Petrosyan, the administrative head of the Jujevan village, to clarify whether Mustafayev's visit is planned. In response to the question, Petrosyan stated: “There is currently no movement in the village. Only journalists called and said that there is such a thing.” The administrative head mentioned that he has no such information.
It is worth noting that earlier, the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs had confirmed information circulating in the media regarding the arrival of the Azerbaijani delegation led by the Deputy Prime Minister.
Additionally, Shahin Mustafayev is the chairman of the state commission for the delimitation of the state border between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
