Considering the public interest in this topic, we present the answers to the most frequently asked questions in order to provide clear and official information about the situation.
QUESTION AND ANSWER
Regarding the supply of liquid gas
Question: Is there a deficit of liquid gas in Armenia?
Answer: Due to congestion at the Lars border point and temporary logistic difficulties, the entry of some trucks transporting liquid gas into Armenia has been delayed, which has affected the normal supply rhythm in the market. This is not a complete deficit, but there may be temporary interruptions in supply at certain gas stations.
Question: What is the Government doing?
Answer: Responsible state bodies are in constant contact with importing companies and partner organizations to resolve the situation as quickly as possible and restore normal supply in the market.
Question: Is there a risk of price increases?
Answer: Prices can be influenced not only by logistical difficulties but also by fluctuations in international markets due to regional developments. At the same time, the market is under constant monitoring, and the relevant authorities are following the situation to prevent baseless price increases and possible speculative manifestations.
Question: What should citizens do?
Answer: We urge citizens not to engage in panic buying and to follow only official information. Efforts to resolve the situation are underway.
