Some US Diplomats Are Leaving Israel
The US State Department has authorized the departure of non-emergency personnel and their family members from the American diplomatic mission in Israel due to security risks. This information has been reported by the US Embassy in Jerusalem.
According to a statement released by the embassy, the decision was confirmed on February 27, 2026. It is noted that the decision is prompted by recent security incidents in the region.
At the same time, US citizens are advised to consider the possibility of leaving the country as long as commercial flight options are available.
