Iran Calls on the U.S. to Show Seriousness and Avoid Miscalculations
Iran expects seriousness and a realistic approach from the United States, urging it to refrain from miscalculations. This was stated by Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi during a phone conversation with Egypt's Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry. Araqchi made the corresponding statement on his Telegram channel.
“Recalling Iran's commitment to solving issues through diplomacy, the foreign minister noted that success on this path requires seriousness and realism from the opposing side, as well as avoiding any miscalculations or excessive demands,” the statement said.
Earlier, Araqchi reported that the third round of indirect talks between Iran and the United States held in Geneva has been the most intense so far.
