People are wondering ... There is no need to be surprised, it is thanks to the construction of so many residential buildings that water is insufficient, and the reservoirs need to be filled. Construction is not just about money laundering or leaving projects unfinished; it is about the permissions given without the handover act, not just the dust that has enveloped our lungs ... This unprecedented construction boom will leave us without water. Moreover, the Ararat Plain is less than 5 years away from becoming a desert," he wrote.
