According to the publication's sources, names such as Vice President J.D. Vance and Senator Marco Rubio have emerged in the discussions. The sources noted that Trump's frequent positive comments about Rubio do not indicate a diminished focus on Vance.
The media outlet reports that Trump's preferred combination for 2028 could be a Vance-Rubio duo, with Vance being viewed as the leader. At the same time, according to one of the advisors, Trump does not rule out the opposite arrangement, with Rubio leading and Vance supporting.
