Video: Pambukhchyan on Pothole Repair Works in the Capital

Yerevan Deputy Mayor Armen Pambukhchyan has explained why pothole repair works on the capital's streets started earlier this year.

“Construction companies usually upgrade their asphalt plants during the winter months until the end of February. They plan for this upgrade to be completed between March 1 and March 10, which implies that weather conditions will improve and asphalt paving can take place,” Pambukhchyan elaborated.
