David Hambardzumyan's Custodial Measure Replaced with House Arrest
The former mayor of Masis, David Hambardzumyan, has had his custodial measure, indefinite detention, replaced with house arrest. This decision was made today by the Court of Appeals of the Republic of Armenia, presided over by Harutyun Petrosyan.
The court partially granted the motion presented by Hambardzumyan's defense team, applying house arrest, bail, and a prohibition on leaving the country.
It is noteworthy that Mayor David Hambardzumyan of Masis was detained near the airplane door.
