Approximately 980 Tons of Fuel Sent from Azerbaijan to Armenia
According to Azerbaijani media reports on January 11, a train consisting of 18 wagons loaded with 979 tons of AI-92 motor gasoline has been dispatched from the Bilajari station toward Boyuk Kesik.
The cargo will be delivered to Armenia via a transit route through Georgia.
It is noteworthy that on January 9, 2026, a total of 2,698 tons of fuel was sent from Bilajari station to Armenia, which included 1,742 tons of AI-95 gasoline and 956 tons of diesel fuel (a total of 48 wagons). Earlier, 1,220 tons of AI-95 motor fuel had already been sent to Armenia.
