Roads Being Cleared and Treated with Salt-Sand Mix Due to Black Ice

As of January 6 at 17:15, areas of black ice have been reported on the roads of the regions of Aparan, Aragats, Spitak, Tumanyan, Tashir, Sevan, Jambarak, Martuni, Gavar, Abovyan, Hrazdan, Nairi, Vayk, Sisian, Goris, Ashotk, Amasia, and Vanadzor. All inter-state and republic-designated roads are open. Road construction teams are engaged in clearing the roads and treating them with a salt-sand mix.
