Court Hearing on Mikael Srbazhan Postponed: He Will Undergo Surgery Tomorrow
The court hearing regarding Archbishop Mikael Ajapahyan of the Shirak Diocese has been postponed due to the public prosecutor's absence. This was reported by Sputnik Armenia.
Presiding Judge Edgar Manasyan stated that the prosecutors had indicated they did not receive a notification regarding the date and time of the hearing, which is why they did not show up.
The appeal against Srbazhan's imprisonment will be discussed on January 13, 2026, at 15:00.
He will be transferred to the hospital tomorrow, where he will undergo surgery.
