Agreements with Trump Will Be Fulfilled on a 'Concrete' Principle, Russia on the US

US President Donald Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner has joined negotiations regarding the resolution of the Ukrainian conflict and is actively working on the issue. This was reported by Yuri Ushakov, an assistant to the President of Russia.

On Tuesday evening, the President of Russia received US special envoy Steve Biegun and Jared Kushner at the Kremlin. The visit of the US representatives to Russia was connected with the process of discussing the US peace plan regarding Ukraine.

“Kushner has joined the negotiations on the Russian-Ukrainian resolution and is working very actively,” Ushakov said in an interview with the Zvezda television channel. The talks with Washington are aimed at long-term resolution concerning Ukraine rather than a temporary ceasefire, with the US confident that agreements with Trump will be fulfilled on a 'concrete' principle,” noted the Russian president's assistant.
