Former Spokesperson of Tigran Avinyan Takes on New Role

The Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia, Davit Khudatyan, has appointed Haik Kostanyan as his advisor. This announcement was made by Kostanyan on his Facebook page, where he previously served as the spokesperson for the Mayor of Yerevan, Tigran Avinyan.

"I will be coordinating the process of reporting on the government’s subsidy programs aimed at developing community infrastructure, road construction, implementation of socially significant projects, and presenting their outcomes, as well as several other directions," Kostanyan wrote.

It is worth noting that on October 1, Haik Kostanyan announced on his page, "Dear residents of Yerevan, guests of the capital, and beyond, as per my own request, I have ceased my work at the Municipality of Yerevan from today."
