Emergency Incident in Yerevan: 2 Citizens Hospitalized After Electrocution
On October 19, an emergency incident occurred in Yerevan. Around 12:40 PM, the Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations received reports that two citizens were hospitalized with electrocution injuries from Anastas Mikoyan Street.
Earlier, Shasmhyan.com reported that electric wires were damaged due to crane operations at address 111/6 on A. Mikoyan Street. As a result, the crane operator and another worker at the scene were electrocuted and transported to the Armenia Medical Center.
Additionally, parked Honda and BMW vehicles were damaged in the incident.
Following the incident, a criminal investigation was initiated by the investigative department based on signs of violation of safety regulations, and the identities of the injured are being clarified.
