20-Person Hiking Group Gets Lost in Teghut Village Forest
On September 28, at 20:47, a call was received by the crisis management center of the Tavush regional rescue department, reporting that a 20-person hiking group had gotten lost in the forest near Teghut village while descending from Mount Dimats. Assistance from rescuers was required.
The Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations has reported that an operational team from the regional rescue department was dispatched to the scene.
According to the rescue service, rescuers safely located the members of the hiking group in the nearby forest of Teghut village and guided them back to their vehicle.
