Arrest of Gyumri Mayor Vardan Ghukasyan's Son

In a surprising turn of events, Spartak Ghukasyan, the son of Gyumri Mayor Vardan Ghukasyan, was taken into custody this morning while dropping off his 1.5-year-old child at kindergarten. He was apprehended near the entrance of the kindergarten and subsequently transported to the Shirak Regional Police Department, as reported by Aravot.am.

His other child was found inside the vehicle during the incident.
