The United States Must Explain and Compensate Iran for the Damage Caused: Abbas Araghchi

Washington must compensate for the damage caused to Iran's nuclear program by U.S. military strikes before Tehran agrees to resume negotiations. This was stated by Abbas Araghchi, the head of Iran's Foreign Ministry. According to the Financial Times, Araghchi said, “The United States must explain why they attacked us during negotiations and guarantee that it will not happen again. They must compensate for the damage inflicted on Iran.”

It is noted that earlier it was reported that the Trump administration imposed the largest package of sanctions against Iran to date.
